COMPETITION REGISTRATION: 9/22/26

Registration for the 2027 Windy City Invitational Trampoline & Tumbling Competition Begins Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 at noon (CST).

All entries must be made through the usagym.org reservation system. Mailed or e-mailed entries will not be accepted.

Levels 1 - Senior Elite

Please be aware that due to high traffic, the USAG registration platform can sometimes experience delays or brief outages at the start of Windy City registration. If that happens, please be patient — we closely monitor the process and work with USAG to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

MORE REGISTRATION DETAILS:

All competitors are required to have valid USAG #s prior to competition.
All coaches must have a current USAG membership and Safety Certification.
Each participating gymnast will receive a free meet t-shirt as well as free entry into the Men’s & Women’s artistic gymnastics college competitions. Be sure to e-mail gymnast t-shirt sizes to tnt@windycitygymnastics.com.

Weather & Travel Policy

Chicago winter weather can be unpredictable. The Windy City Invitational will take place as scheduled and will not be canceled due to inclement weather. We ask all participants and spectators to use their best judgment when making travel decisions.

Windy City Gymnastics Events, LLC is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations related to personal travel arrangements, including hotels, airfare, or ground transportation. Once the scratch deadline has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds, and we appreciate your understanding as this allows us to plan and operate the event effectively.
