Men’s Levels 3-10
After registering, clubs will receive a link to our Team Information Form to provide the number of teams they are entering and athlete T-shirt sizes. Completion of this form is required to finalize your registration, so please submit the requested information as soon as possible.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15, 2026
*$5.00 per gymnast late fee if postmarked after 11.22.26
SCRATCH DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1, 2026
*No refunds on or after 12.2.26
LEVEL CHANGE DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1, 2026
*Level changes by e-mail request only after the 12.1.26 deadline (space permitting)
MORE REGISTRATION DETAILS:
All competitors are required to have valid USAG #s prior to competition.
All coaches must have a current USAG membership and Safety Certification.
Each participating gymnast will receive a free meet T-shirt as well as free entry into the Men’s artistic gymnastics college competition. Clubs are responsible for submitting accurate T-shirt sizes through the e-mailed Team Information Form. If sizes are not provided by the deadline, Windy City will estimate sizes based on the information available. We cannot guarantee fit or exchange shirts when sizes have been estimated due to missing information.

Weather & Travel Policy
Chicago winter weather can be unpredictable. The Windy City Invitational will take place as scheduled and will not be canceled due to inclement weather. We ask all participants and spectators to use their best judgment when making travel decisions.
Windy City Gymnastics Events, LLC is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations related to personal travel arrangements, including hotels, airfare, or ground transportation. Once the scratch deadline has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds, and we appreciate your understanding as this allows us to plan and operate the event effectively.
