Windy City Gymnastics provides hotel room blocks as a courtesy to participating teams and families. Hotel room availability, rates, booking deadlines, and other hotel policies are determined by the individual hotels and are subject to change at any time.

Please do not wait to reserve your room. Room blocks are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Windy City Gymnastics does not guarantee that discounted rooms will be available, and we are not responsible for rooms selling out or changes in hotel rates or policies.

If a hotel block is full, we may request additional rooms from the hotel when possible; however, additional rooms are not guaranteed. Availability may also change after the competition schedule is released as hotels receive cancellations or release additional inventory.

If you need a hotel room, we strongly recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates. If your team is in need of hotel rooms and you are unable to find availability, please contact us at info@windycitygymnastics.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that a room or discounted rate will become available.
