Individual Entry Fee: $150.00
Team Entry Fee: $60.00

PAYMENT DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15TH, 2023
*$5.00 per gymnast late fee if postmarked after 11.22.23
SCRATCH DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1ST, 2023
*No refunds on or after December 2nd, 2023
LEVEL CHANGE DEADLINE: DECEMBER 18TH, 2023
*Level changes by e-mail request only after 12/18 (space permitting)

Please include the following on your mailed roster:
Gymnast USAG #s
Gymnast level (and division for men’s Level 3-6)
Gymnast t-shirt sizes
Coach’s Names & USAG #s
All competitors are required to have valid USAG #s prior to competition.
All coaches must have a current USAG membership and Safety Certification.
Each participating gymnast will receive a free meet t-shirt as well as free entry into the NCAA competition. Be sure to include gymnast t-shirt sizes with your mailed roster!
